Run
Tomorrow is my 5k and I can hardly wait! It is going to be so grand. My goal is 24 minutes but to be honest I have only ran a 5k in 25:36. Could I shave off 1:36? I guess we will see. But I will set my goal high, that way I will do all the better. I always get butterflies in my stomach the day before a race and I get squealy excited, just like if I was to drink 8 cups of coffee in one seating...that's the feeling I get. I guess that means I should run more often.
Next Sunday is my Sprint Triathlon! Now when I think of this race I get weak all over my whole body and I feel slightly crazy and ask myself..."Why would I do this to myself?" But I will do it and will do it great! My goal for this race is 1 hour 11minutes and zero seconds. It will be a 300 meter swim, 12mile bike ride, and a 5k(3.1miles)! My best time for this so far has been 1 hour 13 minutes and 46 seconds. So I have to shave off 2minutes and 36seconds. Piece of cake! Bahahaha!
Anyway...wish me luck! I AM SO EXCITED!!! I CAN HARDLY CONTAIN MYSELF!!!!! (Maybe I should become a full-time runner/racer!)
